The Vulcanized Fibre Abrasive Disc is engineered for the most demanding “Level 1” surface preparation tasks. The secret to its performance lies in the vulcanized fibre backing—a specialized material that provides extreme mechanical strength and resistance to tearing, even when subjected to the high RPMs of industrial angle grinders.

Mounting: These discs must be used with a dedicated semi-rigid rubber or plastic backing pad on an angle grinder.

Angle: Hold the grinder at a slight angle (15° to 30°) to the surface for maximum cutting efficiency.
