Norester 11854 A 45 – Vinylester Infusion Resin 225kg is a high-performance vinylester resin specifically formulated for large-scale vacuum infusion and RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding) processes.
Thanks to its exceptionally low viscosity and controlled reactivity, it ensures perfect and rapid impregnation of technical fibers (carbon, aramid, and glass) even in complex and large-scale molds. 🔹 Catalyzation Requires the addition of 1.5% – 2% catalyst. ➡ For large parts or long infusion paths, adjust the percentage to extend flow time based on ambient temperature.
Mix thoroughly for 2 minutes, avoiding air entrapment before starting the vacuum cycle. 👉 Pro Tip: Ensure the resin is at a constant temperature (approx. 20-25°C) to maintain stable viscosity during the entire infusion process.
