🔹 Application Instructions
Select the appropriate nozzle size (usually 3.0mm or 4.0mm for standard Gelcoat).
Connect to a dry, regulated air supply (refer to Sistar’s recommended PSI for the specific nozzle).
Mix your resin or Gelcoat with the correct ratio of MEKP Catalyst before filling the gravity cup.
Maintenance: Because Gelcoat cures quickly, clean the gun immediately after each use. Use Acetone and a dedicated nozzle brush to ensure no residue remains inside the fluid passage.
👉 Pro Tip: For a mirror-smooth finish, apply two thin “mist” coats first before a final full-wet pass. This helps release trapped air and prevents pinholes in the final surface.
