🔹 Application Instructions
Measure the catalyst accurately using a graduated syringe, measuring cup, or a catalyst dispenser.
Standard Dosage: Generally 1% to 2% by volume (e.g., 10ml to 20ml of Mekanox per 1 liter of resin).
Mix thoroughly into the resin, ensuring you reach the sides and bottom of the mixing container.
Temperature Adjustment: In colder environments (below 18°C), increase dosage slightly (up to 2.5%). In hot environments (above 25°C), reduce dosage toward 1% to maintain workable pot life.
⚠️ Safety Warning: MEKP is a strong oxidizing agent. Always wear chemical-resistant gloves, safety goggles, and protective clothing. Store in a cool, ventilated area away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Never mix catalyst directly with Cobalt accelerators; always add to the resin last.
