CFG Blue Marine Grease
Professional CFG Blue Marine Grease in a convenient 125 ml precision tube. Formulated with lithium complex soaps and advanced anti-corrosive additives, this grease is specifically designed for parts subjected to heavy loads, high humidity, and total immersion. It provides a tenacious protective barrier against rust, salt, and oxidation that will not wash out.
CFG Blue Marine Grease is the “heavy artillery” of nautical lubrication. In the marine environment, lubricants face two main enemies: washout (being rinsed away by waves) and galvanic corrosion (the chemical reaction between different metals in salt air). This blue grease defeats both by utilizing a high-stringency formula that “clings” to metal surfaces with remarkable strength.
✔ Superior Water Resistance → Will not emulsify or wash away, even when fully submerged.
✔ Ultra-High Adhesion → Sticks to moving metal parts like a “second skin” to block oxygen and salt.
✔ Extreme Pressure (EP) Stability → Maintains a lubricating film under heavy mechanical loads.
✔ Active Corrosion Inhibitors → Stops the “green rot” and white oxidation on marine alloys.
✔ Non-Drip Formula → Stays exactly where you apply it, even on vertical shafts or overhead hinges.
Brand: CFG
Format: 125 ml Squeeze Tube (Precision Tip)
Base: Lithium Complex Soap
Color: Deep Blue (Easy to see for coverage inspection)
Water Resistance: Excellent (Marine Grade)
Load Rating: High / Extreme Pressure
🔹 Application Instructions
Clean: Remove all old, contaminated grease and salt crust using a solvent (like CFG Blaster Nautica Degreaser).
Apply: Squeeze a bead of Blue Grease onto the clean surface.
Distribute: Move the mechanism (turn the winch or steer the engine) to ensure the grease migrates into all internal races and bearings.
Seal: Leave a slight excess of grease around the edges of joints to act as an external “dust and salt seal.”
👉 Pro Tip: In the nautical sector, this is the only grease you should use on trailer wheel bearings. Before every trip to the boat ramp, ensure the hubs are packed. The blue color makes it easy to spot if water has managed to get in (the grease will turn a lighter, milky blue if heavily contaminated).
Deck Hardware: Winch gears, blocks, turnbuckles, and heavy-duty hinges.
Steering Systems: Outboard tilt tubes, steering cables, and rudder stocks.
Propulsion: Propeller shafts (splines) and outdrive pivot points.
Trailers: Wheel bearings, rollers, and winch handles.
Heavy Tools: Protecting large shackles, anchors, and windlass internals.
125 ml Tube: The “toolbox size,” ideal for precise application in tight spaces without a grease gun.
Silent, smooth-moving mechanical parts that are fully armored against the corrosive power of the sea, significantly extending the life of your expensive marine hardware.
