The 2K Acrylic Filling Primer 873.2K51 is a high-performance, two-component primer surfacer designed to provide maximum filling capacity, excellent sandability, and a perfectly uniform surface. Thanks to its high-solid formulation, it delivers professional results and great versatility: it can be used as a high-build filler, a standard filler, or an isolator, adapting seamlessly to any painting cycle.
High Filling Power: Effectively fills porosities and imperfections up to 150–170 microns.
Superior Sandability: Provides a smooth surface and allows for rapid processing, significantly reducing operational times.
Flawless Uniform Finish: Engineered to prevent sagging, pinholing, or excessive absorption.
Perfect Matte Coverage: Creates the ideal base for an impeccable final topcoat application.
This primer can be adjusted to meet specific application needs:
HB – High Build: Up to 80 microns per coat.
S – Standard Filler: Approximately 60 microns per coat.
I – Isolator: Approximately 35 microns per coat.
Available in White, Black, Light Grey, and Dark Grey.
Tintable with Multicryl 900 bases for better coverage.
Ensures perfect chromatic integration with the final finish.
Compatible with solvent-based paints.
Compatible with water-based paints.
Suitable for various professional refinishing and industrial painting cycles.
Surface Preparation: Thoroughly clean and degrease the substrate. Sand properly to ensure maximum adhesion.
Mixing and Application: Mix with the specific hardener at a 5:1 ratio. Apply using a spray gun in one or more coats as required.
Drying and Sanding: Allow to dry completely according to technical data sheet times. Sand with fine-grit sandpaper.
Final Finish: Proceed with the final painting or topcoat application.

Ratio: 5:1 with Hardener (KAT).
Filling Capacity: Up to 170 microns total.
