At Nautica Liman, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions.

📦 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without providing any reason.

📋 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • The item must be complete and undamaged

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within a few business days

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Custom-cut or made-to-order materials

  • Items not in their original condition

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the issue
