Always measure by weight using a precision scale or a specialized catalyst dispenser.
Standard Dosage: Generally 1% to 2% relative to the weight of the resin (e.g., 10g to 20g of B180 per 1kg of resin).
Mix thoroughly but gently to avoid introducing excessive air bubbles.
Adjust the dosage based on ambient temperature: use closer to 1% in hot weather and up to 2%–2.5% in cold conditions.
⚠️ Safety Warning: Ketanox B180 is a strong oxidant. Always wear gloves, safety goggles, and protective clothing. Never mix catalyst directly with accelerators (Cobalt); always add catalyst to the resin last.
