⚙️ User Guide & Catalyst Ratios

🔹 Catalyzation

The resin requires the addition of 2% catalyst.

➡ Reduce to 1% in high-temperature environments (never drop below 1%).

ResinCatalyst (2%)
5 kg100 g
25 kg500 g

Mix for approximately 1 minute until homogenized (a slight color change will occur).

👉 Pro Tip: Prepare small batches (max 2 kg at a time) to avoid waste and exothermic peaks.

🎨 Pigmentation

The resin can be colored using pigment pastes.

Recommended Dosage: 2.5%

ResinPigment Paste
5 kg125 g
25 kg625 g

🛠️ Application Methods

  • Application via brush or long-pile roller.

  • Ideal for hand lay-up with glass fiber mats.
