Description

🚀 Heavy-Duty Engine Protection

Our Marine Engine Enamel is specifically formulated to withstand the rigorous environment of a boat’s engine room. Whether you are touching up an outboard or performing a full restoration on an inboard engine, this enamel provides a tough, ceramic-like finish that resists the typical stressors of maritime mechanical parts.

🎨 OEM-Matched & Classic Colors

Available in a variety of popular marine engine shades to match original manufacturer specifications or to give your engine a custom look.

Main Features

High Temperature Resistance Designed to maintain its color and adhesion even when subjected to the high operating temperatures of engine blocks and gearboxes.

Chemical & Fuel Proof Specifically engineered to resist degradation from contact with petrol, diesel, engine oil, and degreasers.

Anticorrosive Barrier Provides a thick, protective seal against saltwater spray and high humidity, preventing rust and oxidation.

High-Gloss Durable Finish Easy-to-clean surface that stays bright and professional-looking for seasons to come.

⚙️ Fields of Application Ideal for:

  • Inboard and Outboard engine blocks.

  • Gearboxes and transmissions.

  • Brackets, mounts, and drive units.

  • Any metal component requiring high thermal and chemical resistance.

🛠 Technical Advantages

✔ Excellent “flow” properties for a brush-mark-free, factory-like finish.

✔ High opacity (covering power) even on dark metal surfaces.

✔ Fast drying time to minimize downtime during maintenance.

✔ Direct-to-metal adhesion (though a primer is recommended for maximum longevity).

📝 Instructions for Use Preparation

  • The surface must be perfectly clean, dry, and cool.

  • Remove all traces of oil, grease, and salt using a heavy-duty degreaser.

  • Sand lightly to improve mechanical bond and remove any loose rust. Application

  • Stir thoroughly before use.

  • Apply by brush, roller, or spray gun.

  • Apply 2 thin coats rather than one thick coat for a more durable and even finish.

Final Result

A rejuvenated engine that looks like new, protected by a high-gloss shield that simplifies maintenance and resists the toughest marine conditions.
